2. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies and embeds no external analytics, advertising or font services. Fonts and all assets are served from our own server. No cookie banner is therefore required.
3. Server log files
When you visit this website the hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files that your browser transmits: IP address (shortened where technically possible), date and time of the request, page requested, volume of data transferred, referrer, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically fault-free operation and security of the website. Log data is deleted after no more than 30 days unless security-relevant incidents require longer storage.
4. Enquiries by email and enquiry basket
If you send us an enquiry we process the data you provide (company, name, email address, phone number, delivery address, VAT ID, type and quantity of the items requested and your message) in order to handle the enquiry, prepare a quotation and process the order. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation and performance of a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for documentation. We store the data for as long as necessary for the business relationship and then delete it in compliance with commercial and tax retention periods (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO).
5. Enquiry basket (local to your browser)
The enquiry basket stores your item selection exclusively in the localStorage of your own browser on your own device. This data is not transmitted to us and not evaluated until you actively submit the enquiry. You can remove it at any time via "Clear list" or by deleting your browser data.
6. Fonts and assets
All fonts and graphics are served from our own server. There is no request to Google Fonts, content delivery networks or other third parties. This prevents your IP address from being transmitted to third parties.
7. Recipients
Data is passed on only where necessary to perform the contract: to the hosting provider (processing under Art. 28 GDPR), to transport and logistics companies for delivery and to banks for payment processing. No transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA takes place unless you expressly request delivery to a third country.
8. Your rights
You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Consent given can be withdrawn at any time.
9. Right to complain
