1. No right of withdrawal for businesses
All transactions initiated and concluded via this website are transactions between businesses. There is therefore no right of withdrawal or return under consumer contract rules. Statutory warranty and defect rights remain unaffected, as do the provisions of our terms and conditions.
2. Contractual returns
Independent of any statutory right of withdrawal we accept returns under our terms: within 14 days of receipt, only after prior written approval, and with completely unopened and undamaged original packaging. The buyer bears the return shipping cost. A restocking fee may be retained.
3. Non-returnable goods
Excluded from returns are opened goods or goods whose seal has been removed, as well as special orders, project goods, goods configured to customer specification and end-of-life articles, unless stated otherwise in the quotation.
4. Wrong delivery and transit damage
Please report wrong deliveries and visible transit damage in writing within 48 hours of receipt, with photographs. In such cases we bear the return cost and supply a replacement.
