What is the smallest quantity we can order?
The minimum order quantity per item is shown in the product data and usually equals one packaging unit. Exceptions are possible for first orders and project volumes - just ask.
Do you show prices on the website?
No. Wholesale prices depend on quantity, condition grade, exchange rate and same-day availability. You receive a written quotation with tiered prices - normally within 24 hours on working days.
Are the items new or used?
By default we ship new goods. For cost optimisation we also offer bulk, pull and refurbished items with a documented condition grade on request. The condition grade always appears in the quotation.
Do you deliver outside Germany?
Yes. We deliver throughout the EU, and to Switzerland and the UK on request. For third-country deliveries you receive an export declaration with the required trade documents.
Can we buy on account?
After a credit check, invoice purchase with 14 or 30 day terms is available. New customers are initially supplied against advance payment.
How do returns work?
There is no statutory right of withdrawal between businesses. We accept returns within 14 days with prior written approval and unopened original packaging; the buyer bears the return cost.
